Sydney Royal Easter Show 2013

Wow!  What a show we had!  Our aisle looked spectacular, we received numerous compliments from other horse people, general public, and the RAS.
We were very pleased to have on our team Bill and Walt Bedford from England - whose expertise in plaiting and showing was greatly appreciated!

Our stallion Cavalier won Champion Male Shire and Supreme Shire handled by Walt Bedford.
Our mare Elsa won Champion Female Shire handled by Walt Bedford.
Our gelding Flash won Reserve Champion Single Delivery Harness Horse with Phil driving.
Flash won led gelding over 4 years handled by Marie.
Teah, at age 12, won Junior Delivery Driver 12 - 21 years, her first time competing.
Fleur won mare 2-4 years handled by Ann.
And numerous other placings - we placed in every event we entered.

Teah and Holly, chaperoned by their grandmother Irene, presented trophies in the Shire ring to winners of classes sponsored by Sugarloaf Shires.
Our new show cart, driven by Teah, made quite a splash for it's amazing paint work.  The ring announcer made the comment how pleasing to see "innovation in tradition".
Our new delivery wagon made quite an impact with some circa 1940's pinup style ads on the crates.
